Airline complaints

Flying can be frustrating when things do not go your way. There are several things that you can do if you have a complaint regarding your flight or an incident at the gate. The first thing that you may want to do is ask for a supervisor on site. If you are unable to reach any resolution on site then you will want to make a phone call to the airline's customer service line once you reach your destination. You also have the option of lodging a complaint in writing by sending your correspondence to the customer relations address of the airline in question.
