In December 2009, Business Traveller magazine awarded them the honors of; Best in Best In-flight Services in North America, Best Flight Attendants in North America, Best North American Airline for Business Travel and Best North American Airline for International Travel. They were also voted as the “Best Airline in North America” and “Best Airline in Canada” by the readers of Global Traveler Magazine. As well, they won the Global Travel Award by World Travel Market, UK.
