Aeromexico

Aeroméxico is Mexico’s flag carrier. This airline which came from a modest beginning in 1934 now operates fleet of over 40 aircraft offering scheduled domestic and international flights to cities in Central America, South America, the United States, Canada, Europe and even Asia. (Aeroméxico is the only Latin American airline that travels to Asia.)

While not quite as large as Mexico’s other carrier Mexicana, Aeroméxico is part of The Aeroméxico Group which is also made up of Aeroméxico Connect which is their regional subsidiary and Aeroméxico Travel, which is their charter division. Combined, this group operates approximately 650 daily flights to 85 destinations using a global fleet of close to 100 airplanes. And to add to their service, Aeroméxico also has code share agreements with LAN, El Al, Garuda Indonesia and Japan Airlines.

Aeroméxico’s main hub is located in the Mexico City International Airport. That is also where their luxurious first class lounge Salon Premier, is located.
